The anticipation is killing us (well some of us).

No more applications are being accepted, the committee has met, now the committee members are individually deciding on their favorites. Plus 25, down to a hand-full. We're getting closer to a new head coach.

People want stability, and longevity in the new hire. People want a coach that's been-there, done-that. People want a coach who commands (not demands) respect among his athletes. People want a coach that will take us to the promised land. People want a lot, but who will we get?

Camp ends Thursday and coach Bono will be down the road. Will we have a new coach before Bono departs, or will the suspense go on for weeks.

Yes, we all want the best coach available, who will be with us for a good while. I guess we can wait.
