Does anyone know what Murray's overall hoops budget is? Just curious.

CMoc- Will you explain to me how our scheduling is different than it was from 78-97. I know that it must be more difficult to get home and home or even 2 for 1 with majors or even high mid-majors. Break it down for me.

Also, many schools do their numbers differently. Some schools will always show a balanced budget (like UC), some show actual profit and loss. Some schools include their scholarships as part of their basketball expenses, some schools consider scholarships as part of their overall athletics budget, but not part of individual budgets. Some schools put their coaches down as athletics department employees and not apart of individual budgets. In other words...it makes it almost impossible to really compare between schools (though these numbers can at least give you can get a general idea).where do you think that we actually rank within the socon in mens bball and football as far as recruiting budgets and total staff pay?

From Chattanooga TImes Free Press This isn't to say that Shulman doesn't need to win more games in future seasons. He has emphatically said as much. But what if you were told that he ranks among the bottom 25 percent of SoCon head coaches in salary and that his staff is in the bottom 40 percent? What if you were told that UTC’s recruiting budget of $31,500 is nearly $19,000 less than when Mack McCarthy was the Mocs boss in the late 1980s? What if you learned that the $80,000 in guarantee games that Shulman was originally asked to schedule six years ago had been increased to nearly twice that total over the past couple of years to offset budget cuts?
