For teams like Georgetown and Vanderbilt who were huge favorites from major conferences, that's an ouch. Especially Georgetown, who has a very strong basketball history. Georgetown fans do not view a first round loss to a 14 seed as acceptable any year.

UNLV I can agree with. And Vanderbilt I can understand, since they do not have a particularly good NCAA Tournament history.

And Oklahoma was not there- after being ranked in the preseason.

At least, that's my opinion. For a team like Wofford or Richmond or San Diego State, a first round loss is not an ouch. But for Georgetown and possibly Vanderbilt, it certainly is.
